Leadership for Every Level: What Competencies Will Set You Apart in 2019

Designer Kenneth Cole said, “You can either change your outfit, or outfit a change.”  Start off 2019 with a change leader mindset regardless of your title by participating in this interactive session where we will explore what changes we will see in our profession and how those changes will affect your leadership role.  Assess your skill level with a list of competencies that have been identified as important for the future.   Find out which competencies align with changes you will face and explore the ones that will  help you to “outfit a change”,  setting you apart in the year ahead.
