Social Styles - Learning Your Communication Style

Rae England serves as the Associate Director for Missouri Training Institute (MTI) with more than 10 years of management, leadership and training experience in the banking and finance, human resources, education and marketing industries. Rae designs and delivers training on a variety of topics including leadership, management, customer service, sales and workplace issues involving the personal side of professionalism.

Rae will be presenting on Social Styles - Learning Your Communication Style. Social Style is the world's largest Behavioral Style model and its power comes from being easy to understand and easy to apply. Every individual has a preferred way of acting, thinking and making decisions. Social Styles uses those behavioral cues to identify that preference and helps us understand one another. Used successfully, it can make your relationships more effective by improving communication and building trust. During this presentation you will be able to select your own behavioral preferences to determine your Social Style and how that style can work more effectively with others.
