Mr. John Thomas serves as a Human Resources Consultant for the University of Missouri System in Columbia. For more than 20 years, John has been addressing audiences with an inspiring and entertaining manner. His Master of Arts in Leadership/Business Management shapes his approach to organizational training and development. In addition to his role a UM Systems, he provides independent consulting and has worked with Sonic Drive-In, Maxion Wheels, Leadercast and the Missouri Society of Human Resources Management State Conference on issues of employee engagement, morale, organizational climate and culture, and professional development opportunities. Form 2005-2013, John served as an assistant football coach at Truman State University. Regardless of the audience, his goal it to enrich, encourage, and elevate the lives of every individual he interacts with.
