Most diversity and inclusion efforts in an organization focus on particularly observable demographics such as race, gender, age, etc. This monthly program will expand the concept of diversity by addressing the more global concept of cultural competency within organizations. It will groom executives and leaders in skills to create a culturally competent organization that supports their mission and strategic goals.

Our speaker, Vicki Amsinger, SPHR, is a HR Consultant based in the Greater St. Louis area, and has over 20 years of experience in employee communications, recruitment, training, performance management, policy development, employee relations and human resource information systems. She holds a master's degree in human resources development from Webster University as well as a bachelor's degree in psychology from Missouri S & T.

The location of this monthly program will be in the gym (Pathway Entrance) at Woodcrest Chapel at 2201 W. Nifong Blvd. Columbia, MO 65203.

Please park in the back (North) parking lot for access to the Pathway Entrance.

If you are wanting to provide your payment at the meeting, please choose the "invoice me" option while registering.

Hope to see you there!
