Change can be difficult and hard to manage, but it's important to learn new skills, explore opportunities, and exercise creativity through new ideas and commitments. We'll dive deep into the emotions we experience during change and ways to successfully manage those changes. Below are a few topics that will be covered by Learning & Development experts Brad Meyerhoff and Travis Fitzgerald from Veterans United Home Loans:

  • Change at work - discuss different types of change at work.
  • Change curve - cycle of emotions you may experience as you go through change.
  • Change fatigue - your emotional response to change.
  • Neuroscience of change - the science behind it.
  • Change in the brain - discuss which aspects of the brain are related to your upcoming/just completed change.
  • Reflect: Successful change - creating strategies to deal with upcoming change.

The location of this monthly program will be in the gym (Pathway Entrance) at Woodcrest Chapel at 2201 W. Nifong Blvd. Columbia, MO 65203.

Please park in the back (North) parking lot for access to the Pathway Entrance.
