Over Eighty-five years ago, philosophers proposed that it is possible to access your essential state of being at will. This is your highest and best self. Athletes call this “the zone”. It is a state of peak performance where time disappears and effortless results occur. Athletes practice for years to develop the ability to access this high performance zone on a regular basis.  It is possible, it is available for all, and it is the path to excellence and inspired results.

Why isn't everyone doing it? For the same reason that so few athletes make it to the Olympics. High performance and excellence require a level of practice and awareness that few people are willing to commit to. In the world of business, where the extremes of sloth or overworking are common, balanced high performance is seldom seen. We seem to be fascinated with our ability to produce results in spite of ourselves, rather than discovering what is possible in concert with ourselves. In this conversation we will explore how to develop and a cultivate of Sustainable High Performance, while having a fun, satisfying, powerful life.
