Understanding generational motivations and values has never been more important than now, as we juggle 4 generations in our workforce coupled with the changing of technology and the re-imagination of work roles in general. With each new generation that enters the labor pool, organizational leaders are repeatedly perplexed at the new (often unknown) motivations of the generation and struggle with the organizational fusion required with a broad gap in generations.

Lead by a millennial’s perspective, this interactive program will break down generations in the workplace and work to understand their work ethic, communication preferences, view on authority and motivations.  Brandi will encourage your attendees to leave their biases at the door in order to come together and best understand how each generation can benefit your organization.

Speaker: Brandi Spurling

Brandi dove head first into generational differences during her Masters in Strategic Leadership at Stephens College, where she recognized the common (often negative) conversations that would take place regarding generations. The root, she gathered, stemmed from a lack of understanding generational motivations and values. Years later she has developed numerous presentations for organizations and businesses in hopes to create understanding between generations. Her love and focus on developing people and topics has now landed her as a Learning and Development Specialist with Veterans United Home Loans. In her free time you can catch Brandi immersing herself in podcasts, audiobooks, I Love Lucy, or hitting the trails with her adventurist partner and dogs.

If you are wanting to provide your payment at the meeting, please choose the "invoice me" option while registering.

Hope to see you there!
