These teams can allow for failure while holding the highest of standards. They never hide from reality and thrive in candor. It’s a team that generates goodwill and energy. Randal, a corporate culture expert, will unpack how to create psychologically safe teams in the workplace. 

 Speaker: Randal Weidenaar

Randal Weidenaar is a dynamic Culture Change Consultant. In his career, he has worked with cultures from every continent, and individuals from Wall Street boardrooms to refugees on the streets of Athens, Greece. He has presented on leadership development and culture creation to corporations, governments, and non-profits. Randal is the author of “The Ultimate Why,” a culture change curriculum and workbook. He was educated in Europe and lived there for ten years. His background has given him keen insight into what shapes culture. Randal is also the owner and founder of Notionfront, a marketing firm that has clients across the country. He is also the director of a self-development organization called Grace Encounter. He lives with his wife on a sustainable farm in central Missouri.
