Are you interested in expanding the diversity of your workforce? The Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation Business Team works with candidates with disabilities who are motivated to work and have a variety of skill sets. The team provides employers connections to regional and national talent pools of skilled candidates. You can also access expertise in disability-related training, diversity and inclusion, Work Opportunity Tax Credit, assistive technology, and reasonable accommodations. They can reduce recruitment costs by pre-screening applicants and saving employers money with on-the-job training and retention services. The VR Business team customizes business services to meet the needs of each employer.
