Facilitating a True Culture of Gratitude

  • November 09, 2021
  • 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM
  • ZOOM

Registration

  • Gratitude is extremely powerful. However, perhaps because of its simplicity, gratitude is often underutilized as an intentional tool of revitalization in the hands of in-charge persons and human resource professionals. As staff retention becomes an even more critical issue, this session will open the door for each of us as participants to re-examine the extent to which we are facilitating a true culture of gratitude among our staff. The goal of this session is for each of us to leave with some practical ideas to implement within our organizations. Participants are encouraged to come with ideas that they have tried that have worked (or not!).
    Issues that will be discussed, among others, include:
    • The real benefits of a habit of gratitude (including emotional resilience);
    • Gratitude, engagement & retention;
    • Some best HR practices for turning a less than optimal culture into one of positivity and gratitude; &
    • Getting employee buy-in with the change process.

Along with her skills in group facilitation, Doris loves to link people and organizations and understands that navigating change in an organization (or life!) can get messy.
