The employee benefits world has gone through a number of changes in the past, and it will continue to evolve in the future. At Aon, we believe there are 5 key forces that will shape the future of benefits and how they are used to attract and retain talent:

  1. Expanding Employee Expectations
  2. A Decline in Employee Wellbeing
  3. An Increasing Important on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  4. Mounting Affordability Pressure
  5. Accelerating Market Innovation

Employers are deploying a number of strategies to address each of these 5 forces. We will discuss some of these strategies in this session, including virtual care, family-building benefits, surgery networks, direct provider contracting, reference-based pricing strategies, life-style accounts, and pooled employer retirement plans.

*Breakfast will be provided and individually packaged.
