Description:  The labor and employment law pendulum has continued to swing widely in recent years. These changes continue to affect employers’ obligations in areas such as hiring, policies, employment agreements, wages, discrimination, and termination. We can also expect the changes to continue through 2023. During this session, we will: (1) review significant recent changes; (2) discuss the current state of the law and anticipated changes through the federal administrative agencies (EEOC, DOL, NLRB, (and the FTC & DOJ)); and (3) offer ways to be compliant with these and other anticipated changes.
