Description:

In today's fast-paced and ever-changing business landscape, it's not enough just to have competitive pay. Companies are no longer competing with other local organizations. The work-from-home environment we're in has companies competing with organizations nationally, and sometimes globally. That means it's more important than ever for leaders to prioritize the well-being and engagement of their team members. This workshop is designed to provide leaders with practical strategies and insights to cultivate an environment where employees feel safe, seen, and connected. We'll lean on the two-factor theory of motivation and explore implementable tactics that will lead to employee satisfaction and commitment.

Objectives:

  • Look into employee trends, wants and needs
  • Explore the two factor-theory of motivation: Introduction, and what it means for leaders.
  • Lean into satisfaction to create employee commitment by looking at our behaviors, habits, and processes that help our employees feel safe, seen and connected.
