This workshop is designed to provide leaders with practical strategies and insights to cultivate an environment where employees feel safe, seen, and connected. We'll lean on the two-factor theory of motivation and explore implementable tactics that will lead to employee satisfaction and commitment.

Speaker Bio: Brandi Spurling is a speaker, trainer, and facilitator with over 300 workshops under her belt. After spending 4 years at VU as a learning and development specialist, she’s spread her wings and is now serving as head human of Sage Culture Co., a leadership development and culture company where she works with organizations, and teams across the country. If she isn’t on a stage, or training a room full of people, she’s probably traveling, hiking with her husband or showing people pictures of her dogs and cats.
