Description:

We're currently looking at a four-generation workplace with opportunities to lean on the unique strengths of each generation. But too often we get caught up in the stereotypical differences and conforming each generation to the last. In this keynote, we'll explore the unique differences and influences of each generation and how we can best put them together by creating understanding, and opportunities for collaboration.

Participant Learning Goals:

  • Understand the unique characteristics, values, and influences of each generation in the modern workplace.
  • Develop an appreciation for the strengths and perspectives that each generation brings to the table.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage the diverse skills and experiences of each generation to achieve organizational goals.
