Join us as Erin Leuschke, Director of Learning and Organizational Development at the University of Missouri System leads us in a conversation about the necessity of developing leaders at all levels of an organization. In an age of digital disruption and changing workforce dynamics, leaders must continue to adapt to be effective and relevant to their organizations. It is in this context that leadership development, in its many forms, becomes invaluable to organizations' health and growth. This session explores the benefits of formal leadership development programs while also proposing other methods of professional growth to fit organizations of all sizes/complexities. 

Speaker Bio: 

Erin Leuschke is the Director of Learning and Organizational Development at the University of Missouri System where she leads a team of consultants who support various facets of organizational development and performance, including the development and facilitation of system-wide leadership development programming. Erin earned her bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology at Truman State University and later went on to pursue her master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University. Erin's expertise in organizational development and effectiveness has been carefully crafted over the last 8 years spent working in human resource program management.
