Description:

Join us as Priyanka Coats, Director of Corporate Training at Shelter Insurance Companies leads us in an interactive workshop designed to elevate your communication skills, whether addressing a large audience or engaging in one-on-one conversations. This session will utilize an assessment to develop self-awareness and foster stronger relationships.

Through the lens of the assessment’s results, we’ll explore the dynamics of trust and openness, helping you understand how your communication style impacts your interactions with others. Participants will engage in meaningful discussions and hands-on activities that stretch their willingness to be open while communicating in a safe space.

**Note, the assessment will be completed during the session via paper, so please just bring something to write with.**

Expect to engage in conversations and interactive exercises to boost your self-awareness and improve your capacity to connect with others. By the end of the workshop, you will leave with practical tips to make your messaging more transparent and build better connection.
