This session will provide HR professionals with an introduction to autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and its impact on individuals in the workplace. Cortney Fish, MSW, BCBA, LBA
Cortney Fish is the Director of Training at the Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment. As a Licensed, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Cortney brings a wealth of expertise and passion to her work with individuals with autism. She has successfully created and managed behavior therapy programs for children of various ages, and has led initiatives aimed at supporting social, communication, and employment skills among young adults. As the Director of Training, Cortney is responsible for the oversight and delivery of a diverse array of training programs targeted at parents, educators, autistic individuals, first responders, and businesses, both within Missouri and across the United States. Her dedication to professional development and community education ensures that these programs provide valuable insights and practical strategies that help foster more inclusive and supportive environments for the autism community.
