This session will discuss how the Human Resource world intersects with mental health needs in any workspace. The discussions will include signs to look for regarding mental health concerns, how and when to have uncomfortable conversations, and helpful ways executives can engage and provide support and resources when an employee or colleague experiences a crisis. As well as the importance of taking care of yourselves along the way.
