George Zimny
George Zimny is a husband to Stef and father to two amazing daughters, Raelyn (12) and Adelynn (10). He grew up outside of Hartsburg, MO and now lives in Columbia. He’s passionate about organic cooking, IRONMAN (completing his first full race in 2020), Scouting (a humble Eagle Scout), global travel, reading, family time, and church (currently transitioning to The Crossing). George married into a Green Bay Packers family—but still passionately cheers on the Kansas City Chiefs and more recently began following F1 Racing. He's also hopeful that the Mizzou Tigers can keep stacking wins on both the basketball court and football field.
With a BS-BA from the University of Missouri–Kansas City, George brings two decades of experience in building successful enterprises, notably starting and scaling an independent insurance agency across 15 markets with 10 offices and recruiting 750+ staff and producers over 12 years. He currently serves as a Shareholder and Board Member at N2Growth, Inc., a Forbes top-ranked global executive search firm specializing in C-Suite and board-level placements.
In 2023, George co-founded ProducifyX, a recruiting enablement company helping growth-focused businesses generate better candidate outcomes at the top of the hiring funnel, through smart sourcing, automation, and unique prequalification. Since launch, the business has served nearly 100 clients across financial services, real estate, insurance, legal, hospitality, and specialty manufacturing industries.
