Civility at Work: Building Diverse Thought creates a welcoming space to explore how information, media,
and personal influences shape the way we think, communicate, and engage with others.
Through guided discussion and reflection, participants will examine who informs and influences their perspectives, recognize how daily information intake impacts mindset more than we often realize, and learn practical strategies for diversifying their information sources. The workshop will also focus on building skills to ask engaging, genuine questions that foster curiosity, empathy, and productive dialogue across differences.
