Grief is a universal human experience, yet it often goes unspoken in professional environments. This program explores how grief—stemming from loss of a loved one, changes in relationships, health challenges, identity shifts, or major life transitions—shows up in the workplace and impacts employees in ways that may not always be visible or understood.

Participants will gain a foundational understanding of the many forms grief can take, common signs and symptoms that may appear at work, and how grief can affect performance, communication, and well-being. The session will also explore supportive interventions and practical coping strategies for both individuals experiencing grief and those working alongside them. Through increased awareness and empathy, attendees will learn how to better recognize grief, respond with compassion, and foster a workplace culture that supports healing, resilience, and psychological safety.

This program equips leaders and HR professionals with the tools needed to thoughtfully address grief in the workplace while supporting both individual well-being and organizational health.
